The main guest area overlooks a waterhole that is frequently visited by wildlife, particularly during the dry season. The lodge's official information notes that animals including zebra, giraffe, impala, buffalo, warthog, topi, wildebeest and elephant may be seen around the area, while lions and resident leopards have also been regularly observed around the camp at night. Sightings remain naturally dependent on season, animal movements and local conditions.

Double, twin and triple configurations are available, while the Family Villa consists of two interconnected suites with a private lounge and dining area in between.

The lodge's main area includes indoor and outdoor relaxation and dining lounges, an all-inclusive bar with tea and coffee facilities, and an infinity pool with a sunbed area. Guests can also use the lodge's library and TV lounge. Lalashe Maasai Mara operates as an all-inclusive safari lodge and is open throughout the year. The property's Game Package includes unlimited game drives, a private game viewer and safari guide, and game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles. The package also includes walking safaris, sundowners, bush breakfasts or meals, and transfers involving the Talek Gate and specified airstrips. Double, twin and triple arrangements are available. Twin beds are positioned within the same bed/mosquito frame, while the third bed in a triple arrangement is positioned outside the main mosquito frame.

The Presidential Suite is listed by the property as an accommodation category available from 1 May 2025. It forms part of the lodge's suite offering alongside the five standard tented suites and Family Villa.
